Trendy movie theater chain, Alamo Drafthouse, is setting up shop in downtown Los Angeles. The theater will move into The Bloc, which is currently undergoing renovations.
The new theater spaces will take up the second and third floors of the building and is expected to open in 2018.
What sets the Alamo Drafthouse apart from other movie theaters? The food and drink! Expect a menu full of delicious treats made from locally sourced ingredients and a ton of locally brewed beers.
Plus, every theater will be equipped with 4k and 3D projection. Theaters will seat 560 people and will not include a front row (let's be honest, not one likes sitting in the front row).
